Delivery Arrangements and Fees
Delivery service is only available in certain areas of Hong Kong and within designated delivery times. Synergy Mart does not declare that delivery is available to all locations in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We shall endeavour to deliver daily from9am to around 7pm in selected areas of Hong Kong, but nevertheless the actual service deliverable is subject to the arrangement of the logistics service provider. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion.

Net payment amount** for a single order $499 or less - $80 (Door-to-door delivery) / $50 (Cold chain pick-up+)
Net payment amount** for a single order $500 or more - Free shipping
* Customer will be required to pay a surcharge for delivery to remote areas and our customer service staff will contact customer for such arrangement.
* Frozen, chilled and air-conditioned products cannot be delivered to the following areas: Chek Lap Kok, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Islands and restricted districts.
* Addresses with long reception time are not applicable to the distribution of products that must be insulated or kept cold/frozen/chilled/air-conditioned.
* For some addresses (eg. no elevator, public services locations), the recipient will need to collect the goods at designated place.
** Net payment amount is the amount payable by customer after deducting delivery costs and other benefits or discounts.
+ Customer can choose to use the cold chain pick-up service points provided by the logistics service provider as the delivery address. By choosing this service, you agree to be bound by the relevant rules or terms and conditions of the logistics service provider. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any issues or additional costs incurred after the goods has arrived at the pick-up point. Please refer to the Business Station Locations and Store Locations on the latest pick-up points information.
You must notify us immediately of any change to your delivery address, otherwise we will not be liable for delivery to the wrong address.
We will complete the delivery preparation within 3 working days after receiving your order, and ship the goods according to the delivery date you choose.
We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided by you through our staff or a third-party supplier. When the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by you, the goods are deemed to be delivered to you and received by you. If you are unable to receive the goods for any reason, we reserve the right to elect to charge you an additional fee or cancel your order without refund or compensation.
We may deliver in one or more shipments, and some items may be delivered directly by the supplier. Any delivery time and date, or delivery time required is an estimate only. We will endeavour to deliver the goods on the delivery date and time selected by you (if any), and if we fail to meet any of the specified delivery or delivery dates or times, we will notify you of the progress of your order. Under no circumstances will we accept order cancellations or refunds to you.
When the goods you have ordered have been delivered to you, you become the owner of the goods and you will hold the goods at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
Special Delivery Arrangements for Typhoons or Inclement Weather
Unless we communicate with you and make other arrangements, in the event of a typhoon or inclement weather we will make the following special arrangements for delivery:
· When a Black Rainstorm Warning is announced or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above will be hoisted in the next two hours, our delivery service will be phased out and the delivery time will be arranged according to the actual situation, and you will be notified of the latest delivery arrangement by phone and/or email.
· If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is still hoisted at 3pm, same-day delivery service will be stopped and we will notify you of the latest delivery arrangement by phone and/or email.
· If the Black Rainstorm Warning is still in place 4 hours before the end of the delivery service time, same-day delivery service will be stopped and we will notify you of the latest delivery arrangement by phone and/or email.
· The actual delivery date and time of typhoon-affected orders are subject to different factors such as delivery address, order quantity and manpower arrangement.
· If the pick-up location is closed on the same day of typhoon or inclement weather, we will inform you of the latest pick-up arrangement via phone and/or email.
