Notice for Returns or Exchanges
Unless otherwise specified, we will not accept returns or exchanges. Please read our return or exchange policy for the relevant products carefully before ordering.
If any product proves to be damaged at the time of delivery, or if the delivered product does not include the product you ordered and paid for, or if another product is delivered by mistake, you may email eshop@synergycatering.com within seven (7) days from the date of receipt with "name", "order number", "contact number", "return product name", "return reason and photo" and other information. After receipt of the information, our customer service staff will assist you to return and exchange the product, but the return or exchange arrangement must meet the following conditions:
· The return or exchange policy applies to the relevant product; and
· The products are unused and in the condition in which they were originally sold, and with all materials provided with the products upon delivery, including but not limited to labels, certificates, bags and boxes; and
· The packaging of the products must be in the condition in which they were delivered to you.
Returns/exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
· The product has been opened and used, or damaged by human factors, such as: defacement, malfunction, damage, wear, abrasion, scratches, dirt; or
· The packaging of the returned products is damaged and incomplete, or the invoices and accessories are incomplete; or
· Malicious or bulk returns.
Return Process
Contact customer service staff → Confirm returnability → Prepare complete products and invoices → Provide collection time, contact information, address → It will be collected by the logistics company entrusted by our store.
Exchange Process
Acceptance of replacement is subject to stock availability. When you and our store jointly agree to exchange the products, please return the original order and place a new order with us; we shall only invoice you for the difference and charge or refund such fee; if there is no difference, no further processing is required.
Refund Method
If a return/exchange involves a refund, unless otherwise stated, arrangements will be made as follows:
· Credit card or other online platform payment method: After confirming the return is successful, the payment will be directly refunded to the credit card/online platform payment account of the original payment.
· Other payment methods: Transfer the refund fee to the bank account you provide after confirming the return.
We have the sole discretion to accept returns or exchanges. Under no circumstances will we accept returns directly to us or be liable for damages incurred by you for any reason.
